Overview / 01
Arundel Fuel Injection needed more than a polished public presence. The project connects the customer experience to the day-to-day work behind the counter, giving the business one system for bringing in jobs and moving them through the shop.
The challenge / 02
Start with the real problem.
Repair shops create a dense trail of customer, vehicle, scheduling, estimating, inventory, payment, and accounting information. The system had to keep that work understandable without making the public website feel like enterprise software.
The build / 03
Shape the system around it.
I separated the experience into a focused public site and a secured staff platform, while keeping both parts within one consistent application. Customers get a direct path to services and online check-in; staff get purpose-built workflows for running the business.

A guided online intake flow captures the information the shop needs before a vehicle arrives.
Shop operations
Customers, vehicles, appointments, estimates, repair orders, invoices, and service history stay connected.
Accounting foundation
Ledger, purchasing, inventory, reconciliation, tax, and reporting workflows live inside the same platform.
Secure staff access
Role-aware authentication, audit trails, protected documents, and production hardening protect business data.
